Depression

There are different types of depression and depressive illnesses.


You may feel sad, anxious, hopeless, helpless, worried, hurt or irritable.  People with depression, tend to lose interest in activities, loss of appetite, lack of concentration, forgetfulness, lack of sleep (insomnia), excessive sleeping, loss of energy and digestive problems.
