Stress

Sometimes we come across stress in our lives, that are not always in our control, which can make us feel unable to cope. Events or situations that happen around us, can affect us which can cause us stress. Feeling like this can make us produce negative thought patterns.

There is so much you can do to get over this, it is just simply “how you respond to these situations”.
